HOW MUCH PER SQUARE FOOT DOES AN AXIOM HOUSE COST?

It is very hard to go with a general cost per square foot. It depends on the lot, the type of house, the size of the house, the amenities in the house, the location of the house, ect.. Contact us and we can give you a general idea based on these parameters.

DO I NEED A LOT TO BUILD A HOUSE WITH AXIOM?

NO! You do not need a lot to get started with Axiom. We can help find a lot with our connections throughout the town, or we might have some available. If you do have a lot that is great too, we would love to build on it.

DO I HAVE TO PICK OUT EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE?

That is up to you! You can pick out everything, you can work with a designer, or we can help pick items. Whatever works best for you.

WHY WOULD I WANT TO BUILD A CUSTOM HOME?

You can design it for your specific needs and the specific needs of the lot. Whether it's  capturing a view, having the master on the main, outdoor living, theater room, or anything you can think of. Along with the design of the home you will get to choose every part and piece that goes into the house.
